2:00pm - 5:00pm Wednesday Workshop:  Speaking with Confidence, Lizzie Docel, Founder of Unscriped Speech
Confidence isn't a personality trait. it's a set of skills anyone can build. In this interactive workshop, participants take a closer look at how they show up when they speak and why. Using Unscripted Speech's signature Presence Pyramid and Presence Matrix, case studies, and live practice, participants identify their natural strengths and the habits that get in their way. They then learn strategies for more natural, dynamic delivery, efficient preparation (even when time is short), and constructive self-reflection. Participants leave with a self-reflection guide to keep building their skills after the conference.
*This workshop is a separate registration fee.

11:00 am - 12:00 pm Keynote Presentation: The Safety in Storytelling, Lizzie Docel, Founder of Unscripted Speech
Every safety message is competing for attention, and facts alone rarely win. In this keynote, attendees learn why storytelling is one of the most effective ways to get people to remember, believe, and act on a message. They also see why it belongs in everyday moments like toolbox talks, safety briefings, team meetings, and client conversations, not just on big stages. Using Unscripted Speech's signature storytelling framework and the six S.P.R.E.A.D. strategies, participants learn how to spot the stories already around them, shape them quickly, and tell them in a way that sticks.
